  1. 50-minute or under, 10 km (6 mile) run – hilly, winding trail run
  2. Level 10 on the official shuttle run or ‘beep test’
  3. Bench press your body weight
  4. 12 pull ups in a row
  5. 50 full push ups without stopping (as soon as you stop you are done)
  6. 4-minute plank

None of the Standards are really tough individually. The challenges start when you have to haul your bench press/ pull up muscles through a quick 10km (6 miles).
